Our Application Process

Our application process has a clear and transparent structure to ensure every application has an equal chance and reaches the right place.

Please note that the interview process may vary from position to position. Candidates will be informed in advance about how the interview steps are structured.

  • Application

    Apply via our LinkedIn page. Please submit your CV and letter or motivation, targeted to the position you are applying for.

  • Analysis

    It might take up to 30 days before you hear from us, depending on the volume of applications.

  • 1st Interview

    If the recruiter and the hiring manager find your profile suitable, you'll be invited to a first interview with both.

  • Feedback

    Feedback on advancing to the second round may
    take 1-2 weeks.

  • 2nd Interview

    If you advance to a second interview, you may need to prepare or complete a task, or be given the opportunity to meet the team, depending on the
    position.

  • Decision

    The hiring manager makes a decision in consultation with the recruiter (usually 1-2 weeks after the second interview).

  • Offer

    Upon a positive decision, you will receive a job offer from Human Resources – and hope that you are as excited about it as we are!

  • Contract Signing

    Once the offer is accepted, the employment contract will be signed by both you and us. Please provide the requested documents to get started smoothly.

  • Welcome @RDB

    On your first day, you will be welcomed by HR. We introduce you to our work environment and assist you get your equipment started.

Checklist for Your CV & Interview

  • Make sure you know which company you are applying to & tailor your application accordingly
  • Make sure to apply in the same language as the job ad
  • Organize your CV chronologically, starting with your curret role
  • Describe clearly the task & responsibilities of each position, not just the job titles; Include the exact start & end dates for each position (at least the month and year)
  • Mention relevant tooles, skillsets as well as your language skills along with your proficience levels
  • Submit your CV as a PDF, not as DOCX, PNG, or JPG
  • Prepare your technical setup with a proper microphone & camera for online interviews
  • Show your interest & engagement by asking questions during the interviews
